Second Post

Hey guys,

I was reading the economist and I found this article on Earthquake resistant bridges. They allow the bridge to still be usable after it is damaged by a quake so emergency crews can still use the roadways and so it can save some lives. It is made using a "Shape Memory"alloy so it can actually remember what it was supposed to look like after it is deformed from the quake.
